PATIENT NOTICE

Our Treatment Room is moving to an appointments system from November 2014. Please contact the surgery in advance to make an appointment with the Nurse. Many thanks for your co-operation.

Prescriptions

PLEASE NOTE; We require 48 hours notice for all repeat prescriptions. Chemists are now charging a fee for emergency supplies of medications.

Emergencies
Emergencies during surgery hours telephone 8772 2621. Between 8.30 and 6.00 pm, urgent requests will be given prompt attention by the receptionist and the doctor will be informed.

Urgent Appointments
If you have an urgent problem, although you will be able to see a doctor the same day, it will be the first doctor available and may not be your usual doctor.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone the surgery.

TELEPHONE ADVICE

telephone_brown.jpgIf you require telephone advice the practice nurse may be able to assist you since it is not always possible to speak to the doctor. The doctor will speak to patients wherever possible during consulting hours and will contact any patient who leaves a message with reception, at the end of the surgery session.

The best time to speak to the doctor is between 11.15 – 11.45 am and 3.30 – 4.00 pm in Dungannon on 8772 2621.

The doctor can be contacted at the branch surgery in Pomeroy on 8775 8531 between 9.30 – 11.00 am Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri.
