Our Clinical Pharmacist is available by appointment Tuesday 9 am -1 pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 2pm.

Community Nurses

The District Nursing team provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home and advise carers. They assess needs, give information and carry out appropriate nursing care.

The District Nursing Team for Dungannon area is based at South Tyrone Hospital and can be contacted on 8772 2821. The District Nursing Team for the Pomeroy area can be contacted on 8773 9025 Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00pm or a message can be left with the surgery reception.

Health Visitors

Our Health Visitors are especially concerned with the early detection of abnormality and prevention of illness in infants. They also assist in the surveillance of expectant mothers, the elderly and those with disabilities. The Health Visitor for the Dungannon area is based at South Tyrone Hospital. The Health Visitor can be contacted by telephone Mon – Fri between 9.30 am and 10.30 am on 8771 3640. A Well Baby Drop In Clinic is held on Thursday 10.30 am to 11.30 am on B Floor, South Tyrone Hospital where the Health Visitor will be available to offer advice with day-to-day problems. The Health Visitor for the Pomeroy area is based in the branch surgery and can be contacted at 8775 8549.
