Home Visits

doctors_bag6Please do not ask the doctor to make a home visit if you are well enough to come to the surgery. If you ask for a home visit you may be contacted by the doctor to judge if a home visit is necessary.

Other than in the case of extreme emergency all requests for home visits should be made by telephoning 8772 2621 before 10.00 am.

The receptionist will ask a few details to allow the doctor to assess the urgency of your call and help you in the most appropriate way.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
