Our practice nurses Aine, Darryl & Victoria in Dungannon and Helen in Pomeroy aim to provide you with an efficient quality service in a caring and helpful manner. Their comprehensive service includes dealing with wounds and dressings, blood and urine tests (approved by the Doctor), injections, suture removal, advice on minor ailments and travel as well as aspects of health promotion, medication and disease management.

Our reception/administration staff Jemma, Rachel, Sinéad, Rachel, Raquel, Devika & Hannah in Dungannon and Patricia in Pomeroy. They assist in the efficient day-to-day running of the practice and support the services we provide. When you telephone the surgery the receptionist may ask you for a few details, this is to enable us to help you in the most appropriate way. Strict confidentiality is maintained by all staff on any matter relating to the health of our patients. Reception staff are here to help you but their job is very demanding and they are often very busy, so please be patient.

Our Clinical Pharmacist is available by appointment Tuesday 9 - 1pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 1pm.

Our Practice-based Pharmacist Stephen is available by appointment Tuesday 9 - 11.30am, Wednesday 2pm - 4.30pm, Thursday 9 - 11.30am & Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

The District Nursing team provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home and advise carers. They assess needs, give information and carry out appropriate nursing care. The District Nursing Team for Dungannon area is based at South Tyrone Hospital and can be contacted on 02837565659.

The District Nursing Team for the Pomeroy area can be contacted on 02887739025 Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00pm.

Our Health Visitors are especially concerned with the early detection of abnormality and prevention of illness in infants. They also assist in the surveillance of expectant mothers, the elderly and those with disabilities. The Health Visitor for the Dungannon area is based at South Tyrone Hospital. The Health Visitor can be contacted by telephone Mon – Fri between 9.30 am and 10.30 am on 02887713640.

A Well Baby Drop In Clinic is held on Thursday 10.30 am to 11.30 am on B Floor, South Tyrone Hospital where the Health Visitor will be available to offer advice with day-to-day problems.
