APPLICATIONS FOR INCLUSION AS A PATIENT

steth_pills_diary Dungannon practices now accept new registrations on a weekly rota basis. If you wish to register within the Dungannon area, you should telephone any practice to enquire about this process. The practice on rota will gather your details and advise you further on your registration.

Ardmore Medical Practice accepts those who:

Live within the practice area (Applications for inclusion on the practice list must be made in person to the Practice Manager)

Those wishing to register in the Pomeroy area can contact our Branch surgery in Pomeroy.

Patients have a right to express a preference to receive all or some medical services from a particular doctor and such preference shall be recorded in the patient’s record. Patients are nonetheless free to consult with any of the practice doctors.

Clinical services will be provided to patients who are not on the practice list if they are staying temporarily in the area or require emergency or immediately necessary treatment.

Patients not entitled to treatment under the National Health Service will be charged a fee for these services.
